What's working.
What isn't.

Brent, 11 Aug: understand from users what is working and what is not.

Where we ask

Four moments, never a survey

Short, in the flow of the work, and always tagged with the person's role and plan — so we can see whether Pro is actually delivering for the people paying for it.

  • A one-tap 'How did that go?' after every completed job — thumbs up/down plus one optional line
  • A short 'What's working / What's not' prompt shown once a month per account, and on the day a plan is cancelled
  • Every response is tagged with the person's role and plan, so we can see whether Pro is actually delivering for Pro payers
  • One weekly roll-up into the Monday report: top three things working, top three not, and anything a paying member said
The one that matters most. A cancellation always asks why, in one question, before it completes. This is the single most valuable answer we can collect.
What the driver sees

After a job completes

One tap. The comment box is optional and nothing blocks them finishing the job.

What we do with it

One roll-up a week, not a pile of notifications

Everything lands in one place, sorted by role and plan. It reaches Brent in the Monday report — top three things working, top three not, and anything a paying member said, in their own words.

Already running. A Feedback & Ideas board already exists in the KNECT app and already syncs into Otis's task list daily.
What we will never do. No long surveys · No score out of ten with no comment box · Never block someone from finishing a job to answer it
